SmokinLicious® Smokin' Dust® is a wonderful way to add flavour to fragile food items like fish and vegetables, which do not require long smoking times. Or, you can use the dust during a long smoking session with meats and poultry to add that extra "kick" of flavour. Smokin' Dus®t can be used in smoking drawers of gas grills, in stovetop smokers, sprinkled in commercial grade smokers and in cold smokers.
Smokin' Dust is made from refined sawdust of Wild Cherry, Sugar Maple, Red Oak, White Oak and/or Ash hardwoods. Remember, only the "heartwood" of the wood is used in our gourmet wood products. We are pleased to offer our Smokin' Dust® in a variety of natural flavours that currently include:

Dr Smoke has tested the cold Smoker produced by Ian at Mac's BBQ and it works wonderful!! In order to fully test out the smoker, Dr Smoke cold smoked cream cheese! Yes cream cheese!! During the smoking process the temperature was controllable enough that the cream cheese took in the smoke and did not melt!! This is a great addition to expand your smoking process to cheeses, Veggies and fish.
